FHA FUNDING + CONVENTIONAL

There is Always FHA + Conventional Funding For Housing Projects and Purchases. There are many programs to build, fix or just purchase. Depending on the Project or Venture, you may be able to get funding from the SBA for your new business venture. There are various loan programs. Direct Loans, Capital Investments and Grants which don't have to be repaid ... Be sure to explore and see if there's something in store for you with the SBA. A Known Entity for assisting small business....

INFORMED REALTOR + LAND SUPPLIER

When entering any form of project that involves investing in Land or any form of Land Parcel. You want to go with an Informed Realtor or Seller. Imagine having the perfect project on the wrong piece of land "Just Because You chose the Wrong person to guide you through your purchase". Look up the reviews, check the stars and be sure to make your list of things that you truly require for your project. We recommend researching the national database or going with a referral that can be vetted and confirmed "Great".

ARCHITECT + INTERIOR DESIGNER

The Most Important Person in this Journey,

Is going to be your Architect or Architectural Designer. Granted we offer the concept, structure, bus, van, tiny home or container, but the Architectural Designer. They Bring the entire project to life. This person will be selected based on the outcome or Aesthetic that you seek. DEVELOPER + SUBCONTRACTORS

This is the part of your project which will either go seamlessly or come back to haunt you in a few years, few months, a few weeks or just days after you believe you've completed the greatest project on earth... and then boom, a costly fix for a shortcut that was taken.

So we highly advise, going with the best work and plans and not just the best price. Price is negotiable. Work... Isn't. In the end you want the best "work". Something you wont have to pay twice for.
